The coaching content, templates and resources in each module will show you how to navigate today’s funding environment and give you all the tools and information you need to get a successful funding outcome.
The various modules will guide you to:

- discover new funding opportunities that match their needs
- build a compelling case for funding
- tailor applications to demonstrate alignment to a funder’s priorities and criteria
- understand how to approach funders and make ‘the ask’
- measure and report on the ‘impact’ of the funding contribution
- look after funders and establish long-term funding partnerships.
The funding environment is ever-changing, so we will be regularly refreshing the content and adding new features. We’ll let you know when this happens.
The platform has three key modules
Building a compelling case for funding
We’ll guide you through the process of building your compelling pitch with the information that funders look for most. This process will help you to effectively position your project or organisation to meet funder criteria and increase your chances of funding success.
Creating your funding plan
We’ll step you through creating your own tailor-made fundraising plan which identifies funding opportunities across a broad range of sources and outlines the ‘who, what and when’ for your funding applications.
Being organised is one of the keys to winning funding. Having a clear and strategic plan will help you increase your chances of getting more funding, more often.
You’ll go through four key phases to create your funding plan.

Designing your funder retention plan
In this module, we’ll help you create a plan to look after your funders effectively to retain and even grow their contributions over time. We’ll also help you look at how to measure the impact of each investment and contribution you receive.
We designed Funding HQ with your busy life in mind. You can quietly go through the process when it suits you. You can make a start on any of the modules as needed.
As you work through each module, you’ll be set tasks to complete found in the downloadable panels throughout the content.
