We know that many organisations are doing it tough – competition for funding has always been strong, but a combination of factors are making it even harder to secure funding. A downturn in gambling profits means less funds available through lotteries and the gaming trusts, and the cost of living crisis and rising interest rates are putting pressure on the level of funds that can be allocated towards donations and philanthropic causes.
